The YMCA embraces people of all ages, incomes, abilities, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. We work to break barriers of isolation and to create the connections that add meaning to life.
Participants with a financial need are encouraged to apply for
Y scholarships. The YMCA uses a sliding scale to evaluate each applicant.
Through gifts to the annual Open Doors Scholarship Campaign, YMCA's
throughout the country makes its services available to thousands in
communities every year. Annually, the YMCA provides in excess of millions of
dollars in scholarships through gifts made by YMCA friends and donors.
Please make a pledge and open the door for someone who needs
what the Y provides. If you would like to apply for an Open Doors scholarship,
please contact your local YMCA branch.
